Rishi Jain
Director of Operations

With over 25 years of industry experience, Rishi Jain oversees all factory and operational functions at Jain Shawls & Fabrics — from production and quality to warehousing and dispatch. A hands-on leader who believes people remain the heart of manufacturing, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint from India to the UAE, Europe, and North America. Today, he continues to drive operational excellence and efficiency across both the textile and apparel divisions.
Rahul Jain
Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, Rahul brings over two decades of experience in financial management, marketing, and relationship building. His expertise lies not only in managing numbers but in managing people — ensuring vendors, clients, and teams work in harmony. He was the driving force behind our expansion into the apparel division, which continues to grow under his leadership. Rahul also manages the Asia export division, handling clients across China, Japan, and Hong Kong with great success.
Arun Jain
Director of Procurement
As Director of Procurement, Arun brings over 25 years of experience in sourcing and supply management. His expertise lies in identifying and procuring the finest materials needed to craft textiles and apparel that meet global standards. He works closely with his team, empowering them to deliver excellence and fostering strong partnerships. A forward-thinking leader, Arun spearheaded the adoption of cutting-edge technology at Jain Shawls, making it the first plant in North India to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge — a milestone in sustainable manufacturing.
Aiman Jain
Executive Director
Aiman represents the third generation of leadership at Jain Shawls & Fabrics. A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, majoring in Technology and Operations Management, he brings a global outlook shaped by hands-on experience through international internships. Since joining the family business, Aiman has been focused on operational excellence — integrating modern technology, data-driven decision-making, and lean management principles across production and supply chains. His vision is to make Jain Shawls & Fabrics a benchmark for efficiency, transparency, and innovation in the textile and apparel industry.
Also part of the third generation, Puneet is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Manipal University, Jaipur. He brings a technical and engineering-driven perspective to the company’s operations, ensuring material selection and production processes meet the highest standards of performance and quality. Currently leading initiatives in procurement and technical optimization, Puneet combines a deep understanding of material science with a sharp business acumen — helping strengthen the company’s foundation for consistent, sustainable growth.

His expertise spans raw material procurement, production management, and compliance oversight. Known for his calm leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Avnish ensures that every stage of manufacturing — from sourcing to final inspection — aligns with the company’s quality and sustainability commitments. He also continues to guide the legacy shawl division while supporting the expansion and smooth functioning of the apparel business.
